Reasons For Breakup

Breaking up is an inevitable part of life and most people have to go through it at least once. Some reasons of why people break-up may surprise you as perhaps you and your partner may not break-up for those reason. But of course, there are those consistent ones that breaks the last straw in every relationship. Here are just the top ones.

Top 8 reasons for breaking up (General):

1. Distance (physically)
2. Distance (emotionally)
3. Cheating
4. Constant arguing
5. Commitment issues
6. No future together
7. Too emotionally attached (a.k.a. clingy)
8. No time for relationship (i.e. More time spent on career/friends over relationship)

Top 8 reasons for breaking up with a guy:

1. He's abusive (not as much nowadays but still exists - physically and emotionally)
2. He's overprotective (In a overpoweringly controlling way)
3. He has no career or future (lives with his mom - due to no career)
4. Communication issues (never likes to discuss relationship)
5. There's another guy... (sigh...)
6. He has an addiction problem (alcohol, drugs, gambling)
7. He's cheap (doesn't pay for anything)
8. He's gay (Yes...this is one of the top ones)

Other reasons that didn't make the list:

• Parents disapprove
• Bad in bed (Could be because he's selfish in bed - but a bit shallow there, I think)

Top 8 reasons for breaking up with a girl:

3. She complains too much (or is annoying)
4. n/a
5. n/a
6. n/a
7. n/a
8. n/a

Other reasons that didn't make the list:
Absolutely none that hasn't already been covered in the general section.

The top two reasons were removed because some girls (my girlfriend) thought it was too offensive. But yeah, there aren't too many reasons that are gender-specific of why guys break-up with girls.

P.S.
There will not be a note solely related to break-up for a while. I wrote 2 consecutive break-up notes and I think that's bringing everybody down.
